Gift Nine: His Will - 12 Days of Giveaways

(1 John 3:8 - The reason the Son of God was made manifest (visible) was to undo

(destroy, loosen, and dissolve) the works the devil (has done.)

It is His will, to heal and set free,

He demonstrated, His love for us,

On the cross of Calvary.

For He was bruised,

For our iniquities.

For our transgressions, was wounded,

Gave His life for me.

And by His stripes we’re healed

By His wounds, we were made free

Saved from every fear,

Love poured out eternally.

If I ever doubt,

I can turn my eyes

To the cross

Of Calvary

It is His will, to heal and restore.

The penalty for sin, and death were paid,

On His body they were born.

Death, hell, and the grave,

Could never hold Him down,

He rose triumphantly, in victory,

And now we wear His crown.

His Name is freedom, and full release

Father forever

In love we’ll stand

Glory to God

Glory to God, forever more

Glory to God all the earth sing His praise,

Who’s mercy endures and Who’s love never changes.
